is nothing more important than the fuel that you are putting in you or your child’s body every day. I also realise that this is one of the most difficult areas to change. My Nutritional Coaching creates a supportive environment while exploring what really works for you. As life gets increasingly busy, and our world becomes sadly more toxic, it becomes even more critical to nurture our bodies with real foods.
The energy from the food we eat is influenced by the amount and type of food we choose. The energy we give out is determined by how physically active we are. So rather than following a fad diet, I will guide you to transition to higher healthy life food choices for you or your child’s body to accommodate your individual food sensitivities.
