Harvested and enjoyed worldwide, it is common in temperate and colder seas. Pacific Harvest Sea Lettuce is offered in two different formats: full dried leaves, or lightly roasted flakes. Sea Lettuce must be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its colour and nutrients.
Sea Lettuce is also abundant in several varieties around New Zealand, unfortunately harvesting is not allowed at this time. Pacific Harvest’s Sea lettuce is imported from Europe where it is sustainably harvested from the wild in Brittany.
